Point in Time at Which to Start the TS_TIMER Counter. Writing to this register starts the TS_TIMER output. To

start the TS_TIMER output, this field must be written to a value greater than or equal to 16. After the TS_TIMER

starts, writing to TS_TIMER_STOP stops the timer and return the TS_TIMER output to its default value.
