NOTES:
1. All voltages are referenced to ground,
2. The data rate fBIT is equal to 1/tBIT
3. Measured with VIH = 3.0V or VIL = 0V.
4. Measured at VOH=2.4V or VOL=0.4V.
5. Load Capacitance = 50 pF.
6. Thermometer error reflects temperature error as tested during calibration.
7. Sampled with 5 pF load. Not 100% tested.
8. The internal reference of 2.04V is set so that the ADC will work down to the minimum battery
voltage of 2.7V. The ADC input voltage must not be greater than the battery voltage.
9. The Integral Non-linearity does not take into consideration the tolerance of the Voltage Reference.
