Sets the occurence of RDC measurements
relative to CDC measurements.
Zero counts as one. Set zero for
hygrometers, because temperature
and humidity must be measured alike
/ Set 100...1k or more in pressure
sensors, because pressure may vary
quickly, much faster than
temperature.

resolution/precision may be better when = 1,
but you will loose speed.
