Assembly instructions
The Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of the SCA3000 component is 3 according to the IPC/JEDEC
J-STD-020C. Please refer to the document "TN54 SCA3000 Assembly Instructions" for more
detailed information of SCA3000 assembly.
