Gunn Oscillator Regulator

SOR-R3 is a voltage regulator designed and manufactured to protect the

Gunn oscillator from being accidently reverse biased or over biased. The

well-regulated and low ripple output voltage supplied by the regulator

also helps to reduce possible amplitude and frequency modulation

caused by the ripples of the bias voltage supplied by a low-quality DC

power supply.
