Notes:
1. RUN (Operating) IDD and WAIT IDD measured using external square wave clock; all inputs 0.2V from rail; no DC load; less than 50pF on all
outputs; CI = 20pF on OSCout.
2. WAIT, HALT: all I/Os configured as inputs; VIL = 0.2V, VIH =VDD -0.2V.
3. HALT, OSCin = VSS.
