SPI timings

All timings are applied both to 4- and 3-wire SPI.

To reduce external noise in High-Z state, we recommend the following;

・In 4-wire mode, SDO terminal is pulled up to Vio via the resister.

・In 3-wire mode, SDI terminal is pulled up to Vio via the resister.

e.g.) Rpullup = 3.6kΩ ＠Vio=1.8V.
