TEMP(PRESS)_TXDx : Temperature and Pressure data : TXD0, TXD1 or TXD2
This sensor holds ADC data with 22 to 24 bits accuracy. It can be obtained as each 24 bits data. If there are redundant
data, the low order positions will be filled by zero (0). The shaded regions as shown below are valid data area.
