The delay time is set with d1, d2, and d3. The bits D1, D2, and D3 are the inverted values of d1, d2, and d3. Table 3 shows the value mapping
table for the 8 different delay times.

An un-configured chip is applying a default delay time of 50µs corresponding to [d 1, d2, d3] = 000 and [D1, D2, D3] = 111.
The recovery time is set to o1, o2, and o3, resp. O1, O2, and O3 which are the inverted values of o 1, o2, and o3. Table 4 shows the value mapping
table for the 8 different recovery time delay values.
