• The OSCI/OSCO pin oscillator is stopped.

• When RESETB is high (VDD):

• Display on after a “display on/off control” (display

on state setting) instruction is executed.

• Serial data transfers are enabled.

• The OSCI/OSCO pin oscillator operates.
