Application Examples

The following figure shows the complete integration of the AS7038RB in a mobile optical

measurement system for HRM, SpO2, GSR (galvanic skin resistivity) and skin temperature using an

NTC.

The device can be powered directly by a Li-ion battery as it has its own power management.

Nevertheless the I2C interface can be powered by 1.8 V circuitry.

Information

AS7038RB can be used in the same configuration for e.g. a fitness band or a smart watch.
