98 / 231 page ![]() Electrical characteristics STM32F427xx STM32F429xx 98/231 DocID024030 Rev 6 6.3.6 Over-drive switching characteristics When the over-drive mode switches from enabled to disabled or disabled to enabled, the system clock is stalled during the internal voltage set-up. The over-drive switching characteristics are given in Table 23. They are sbject to general operating conditions for TA. 6.3.7 Supply current characteristics The current consumption is a function of several parameters and factors such as the operating voltage, ambient temperature, I/O pin loading, device software configuration, operating frequencies, I/O pin switching rate, program location in memory and executed binary code. The current consumption is measured as described in Figure 23: Current consumption measurement scheme. All the run-mode current consumption measurements given in this section are performed with a reduced code that gives a consumption equivalent to CoreMark code.
