APPLICATIONS
• High-speed switching
• Fast logic applications.
DESCRIPTION
The PMLL4148 and PMLL4448 are high-speed switching diodes fabricated in
planar technology, and encapsulated in small hermetically sealed glass
SOD80C SMD packages.
