Turns on after span adjustment is completed until Span adjustment bit is set to "0".

Mode setting

Turns on after monitor output mode setting is completed until measuring mode is set.

Reset offset

Turns on after offset value is reset to 0 until Reset offset bit is set to "0".

Below range

Turns on while input is -1.0% or less.

Within range

Turns on while input is within the range from -1.0 to +101.0%.

Over range

Turns on while input is 101.0% or greater.
