Description
HM117A is a system that works under low voltage And the designed single-channel low on-resistance direct current Machine driver integrated circuit. Integrated motor forward/ Four functions of reverse/stop/brake

Characteristic
● Operating voltage range 2.0-7.0V
● Maximum continuous current 2.0A, peak value 3.0A
● Low standby current (typ.0.1uA)
● Low quiescent working current (typ.60uA)
● Integrated over-temperature protection function;
● SOP8 package

Typical Application
● Motor drive for 2-4 dry battery applications
● Motor drive for 2-4 section Ni-MH/Ni-Cd applications
● Motor drive for 1 lithium battery application
