DESCRIPTION
The Am27S13 (512 words by 4 bits) is a Schottky TTL Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM). This device has three-state (Am27S13) outputs which are compatible with low-power Schottky bus standards capable of satisfying the requirements of a variety of micropro- grammable controls, mapping functions, code conversion, or logic replacement. Easy word-depth expansion is facili tated by an active LOW output enable (G).
