️· Peak Pulse Current: See Table 1 (with 10/1000µs waveform)
️· Steady State Power Dissipation: 8.0 Watts (at TL = 75°C, lead lengths 0.375")
️· Peak Forward Surge Current: 400 Amps (8.3ms single half sine wave)
️· Instantaneous Forward Voltage: 3.5 Volts (at 100A)
️· Operating/Storage Temperature: -55°C to +175°C
