The TC1303/TC1304 is a dual-output regulator with a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout regulator.
It features a power-good output with a 300 ms delay, a total device quiescent current of 65 µA, and independent shutdown for the buck and LDO outputs.
The synchronous buck regulator has over 90% typical efficiency, a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz, and low output noise.
The LDO has a low dropout voltage and standard fixed-output voltages.
The device also includes power-good function, sequenced startup and shutdown, small package options, and various protection features.
It is suitable for applications such as cellular phones, portable computers, USB-powered devices, handheld medical instruments, and organizers and PDAs.
The device is available in 10-pin DFN or MSOP package options and has an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
