# TPA3003D2 Audio Amplifier
## Features
️· 3W per channel into 8Ω load from 12V supply
️· Efficient Class-D operation (eliminates heatsinks)
️· 32-step DC volume control (-40dB to 36dB)
️· Thermal and short-circuit protection
## Description
The TPA3003D2 is a 3W (per channel) efficient Class-D audio amplifier for driving stereo speakers (down to 8Ω). It features DC volume control and eliminates the need for external heatsinks.
## Terminal Functions (Key Pins)
️· VCC: 8.5V - 14V Power Supply
️· AGND: Analog Ground
️· LINP/LINN: Left Channel Audio Inputs
️· RINP/RINN: Right Channel Audio Inputs
️· LOUTP/LOUTN: Left/Right Channel Outputs
️· VOLUME: DC Control for Gain (-40dB to 36dB)
️· MUTE: Output Enable/Disable
️· VREF: Reference Voltage for Volume Control
